(TSX Venture Exchange: PGC) (the “Corporation”) advises that the interim financial statements of Shatheena Capital Corp., a predecessor of the Corporation, for the period ending March 31, 2005, contained an addition error resulting in an overstatement of loss for the period of $974, the correct loss for the period should have been reported as $15,561.
